WHAT WILL BE IMPORTANT TO DEFINE YOUR GOALS.
In business or participate in athletic careers, the most important is the goal.
Just started my third cycle, or rather, my third year to participate in races. My start in athletics came in the 2006 Nike 10K race. To date, June 2009, I have participated in 17 races of 10K, 1 Half Marathon which are 21 kms and 100 meters.
I had never seen as a participant in racing, in fact, initially I found very little broker, what if I'm aware of what is beneficial is exercise for my body and my health, for those two important reasons I decided to start at the stage of the corridor from July 2006.
I am not one of those belonging to the club enthusiast running every day at 5 am in the 2007 Nike career, such brokers are CARTEL called endorphins, which are the real racers.
I began by cardio routines, basic to lose weight because my body started to get used to exercise again, I started running every other day 2 to 3 kilometers in a walker and I felt I could participate in a small race, maybe 5 kms .
I participated in a medical career as a laboratory of 5 km in the city center of Mexico, and to measure the state of my body, that the race track!. The challenge was in front of me was not to give up and show myself that SI could. I finished the race-walk went smoothly and the first test.
From that moment I decided to participate in the races that my personal and professional life I may. I saw an ad to join the race and Nike 2006 It strikes me that would be simultaneously in several countries and I signed.
I trained for 3 months (remember that I started in July and ran in November 2006) to be the best way to finish, I went to the gym more often, but I did cardio exercise for my heart is made stronger; In addition to the equipment to strengthen the muscles of the body.
On Sunday, November 12, 2006, was the day of the race, I was nervous, I felt the night before as a child waiting for the kings mangos, the reality is that almost could not sleep.
They began 08:00 am and the race - my first formal career as a runner, the first few minutes were strangers to me, the first kms. were difficult, however, and had trained. Just before the race to start I promised myself two things:
I ran 10 kms in 01:01:48 hrs., which I found much joy and pride, not to give up at any time of the race. A total of 21,317 registered and 12,456 arrived at the scene. I was not the last.
Why I am sharing this story?
It is for planning and obtaining the goals, I started this as an idea and it could be turned into a plan and I pledged to reach my goal: GOAL OF THE RACE.
I realized that I had more than I thought, I learned to have a dream to fix targets, be patient, to persevere, to commit and of course, to achieve the final goal.
It seems then, that whether it is a physical challenge, or whether results should be in our profession, seen by the, go after your dream, go after your goal.
It was passionate, look high goals, make a plan to achieve and ABOUT. You can achieve your goal, you should know that during your journey you'll need some help, you may encounter, will not be easy, you have to work esforzarte and, most importantly, do not be like or what you do, but do it.
Of course, now my next goal is to finish the marathon in Mexico City in 2009, I'm training to do it!

NEVER GIVE UP!!
