Marco is a International Speaker and Instructor, has taught courses and conferences in Mexico and Central America.

He is Training Manager for Mexico and Central America for ICM-Training, Division Training Group ICM (International Collections Manager).

He is Certified Instructor on Collections and member of the ACA International (American Collectors Association), an organization of professionals in United States industry's Credit and Collections.

Marco has studios in administration, sales, collection, marketing and design, which has resulted in him a very particular point of view from collection to marketing, sales and customer service.

 

 

 

 

He has been a member of the organizing committee of various events such as:

* National Congress for Executives of Credit and Collections CONACRE 2004, 2005 and 2006;
* Central American Congress of Credit and Collections Costa Rica 2005;
* Central American Congress of Credit and Collections Guatemala 2006;
* Central American Congress of Credit and Collections El Salvador 2007;
* Central American Congress of Credit and Collections Costa Rica 008;
* Coordinated the logistics of the First World Congress Mexico Credit & Collections 2007.

During the years 2005 and 2006 was allocated to various projects such as training institutions: Hipotecaria Su Casita, Prosesa, Royal Holiday, C & A Fashions, Spira and Banorte, among others, with guidance from a collection training and assertive approach to service customer.

In 2008, he trained more than 1500 executives from the Collection Industry in Mexico and Central America.

He is a partner of the media division of the portal www.ejecutivosdecredito.com from where he coordinates the editorial of the Credi-Reporte, the newsletter for further dissemination in the credit and collection industry in Latin America.

Furthermore, since November 2006, his love of athletics was awakened and has since been dedicated to racing. Until March 2009, has participated in 15 races of 10K, which has allowed him to see the personal and professional life from another perspective: as a Personal Trainer.

By 2009, his goal is to share sport and end of the International Marathon Mexico City (Maraton internacional de la Ciudad de México).

Belongs to two organizations that support cancer patients, "Medallas para Valientes (Medals for braves)" and "Sebastian Corre (Sebastian Runs)", and from his position as a "Runner for a Cause", assists them in different ways.
